Welcome to Small Business Decisions!
We believe every small business owner should have access to clear, concise, and effective tools that will help them make better decisions. Consider us your “Functional Excellence” department for business decision-making processes and tools.
We promise to find and address the biggest problems that small business owners are facing and develop systematic methods for helping the decision-maker tackle those issues. We will use problem-solving methods that have been proven at the highest levels of corporate governance. As a result, these decision-making methods will:
- Be in the form of blog posts or ebooks
- Often include excel or word templates
- Attempt to visualize and illustrate the appropriate mathematics and statistics needed for the decision maker’s comprehension
Blog content will be updated roughly once per week depending on the complexity of the solution being developed. Tools and downloads are available to subscribers.
Our business model relies on two things:
- Writing for my subscribers
- Business Consulting
Email subscribers get access to all of the tools and downloads that We have developed. We will occasionally poll subscribers for ideas on what kind of premium paid content they would be willing to pay for. At that point, We’ll try to write an eBook or potentially develop a paid course based on the needs of our subscribers. So join the list. This is your opportunity to have input and influence on what books and courses are developed.
Consulting is quite obvious, this is either based completely on what you need, whether it’s CFO services, Product Strategy or Six Sigma help. Consulting could take one of the tools or concepts presented here and tailor it to your specific business needs, or develop completely custom offerings based on your needs.
Please join the email list so that you can have access to these small business problem-solving methods and so that you can ask your own questions. You make small business decisions all the time, so let us help you make better decisions.
Who We Are
Most of our material is written by Nate Kaemingk. He writes about why he is doing this and the big problem of small business here.
